I'm David Venancio de Campos, born in Paris France in 1974.

Started gaming at the age of 6 on Atari 2600.

Programmer since 15 years old, but interested in a lot of things like rollerskating, surfing, talking about difficult topics, changing the system, changing the way we live, I look a lot to the stars and wonder what we are going to do in the futur.

I actually develop a program called "Librevue" to try new ways of exploring the networks available to us. Librevue is coded in C and uses open-source libraries : libSDL, libpcap, openGL and Bullets engine. I work on Debian with Codelite or Eclipse.

Tools and serious games are my priority but I'll try to release a fun game one day. Because coding is not all in life, I'll keep on doing other things around like 3D-printing or Playing new MMORPG games (and small ones too). Get more infos on my personal website if you insist on knowing me... but you have to talk to me, to really know me, maybe I'm not what you think ! ;D

Originally, this domain was about building an open-sourcer non-profit association, to gather developpers in LAN-parties. But, receiving very low acceptation and contribution, the project stayed on paper, I played a bit too much on Lineage 2, lost my appartment (!), then moved to Toulouse in the south of France. I met the Tetalab people and started 3D printing on RepRap.

Then, around 2011, I used the domain to build a "quite political" website : a Lorea node (a bit like Diaspora), based on ELGG. The site got around 120 users only and I finally shut it down 6 months later. My mistake on this has been : not wanting to scale up the project and ask for help.

I now use this as a personal website but this is temporary while I try to concretise the original idea.

I won't give up. LET'S CODE.

If you want to give me something : Thank you in advance because I need financial help. <3.

The logo is from me, done on photoshop a longtime ago, it represents a byte with 128 blocs on the left and 1 bloc on the right.
